We are a corporation which special design and manufacture the die-casting mold, zinc and aluminum die-casting products.
We could Offer all kinds of Aluminium or Zinc die-castings with various kinds of casting processes.
Highly developed equipments for die casting are available in our facility ie, CNC & CNN equipments, milling machinery, lathes and grinders.
Also advanced checking equipmentsfor die castings are available to maintain all parts have very good quality, like 2D projector, CMM, material tester, and spectrometer, etc...
Aluminum die casting
1)Material: Aluminum alloy(A380, A360, ADC12, AlSi12Cu, ADC1, LM6-M, LM20-M, ect. )
2)Die casting machine maxinum capacity: 1250T for aluminum alloy parts
3)Facility to make moulds: MC.
4)Surface treatments: Abrasion blasting, impact cleaning, oxidation, Zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, polishing, etc.
5) Applications include automobile industry, automatic equipments, furniture, electrical power equipments, etc.
6)Products could be made according to customers specification drawings and samples.
Zinc die casting:
1) Material: Zamak 3, Zamak 4, Zamak 5 etc, according to customers' requirement;
2) Product weight from 0.02kg to 5kgs
3) Process: Die Casting + Machining
4) Secondary Machining: CNC turning, milling, drilling, grinding, assembly to packing
5) Surface Finish: Chrome plating, Zinc Plating, Sandblasting, Powder Coating...
6) OEM/ODM parts range: Auto parts, electronic parts, motor shell, pump parts, machinery parts, light fittings, dental equipment, medical cases etc and other industrial uses
